I\'ve been building AI/NLP systems since 2017, when even simple FAQ bots required months of work. Today you can achieve the same result in an hour, but the fundamental challenge hasn\'t changed. As CTO and Co-Founder of logen.ai, I focus on creating deeply integrated solutions that transform processes and deliver measurable value, not just impressive demos. My expertise spans NLP and machine learning to LLM applications and cloud architecture, always with a focus on real business integration: I spent eight years at IBM, progressing from dual student to Senior Consultant and Technical Lead. I architected virtual assistants processing conversations monthly, developed the Enhanced Conversation Asset (EVA)—used in 20+ projects worldwide—and received an Outstanding Technical Achievement Award. To deepen my technical foundation, I completed my Master\'s in Artificial Intelligence with honors at the University of Groningen in 2023: I\'m passionate about solving hard, real-world AI problems—the ones that require more than just plugging in the latest model. I believe in technology-agnostic approaches, choosing the right tool for the problem rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
