I help shape and deliver Circular Ecology\'s mission-led sustainability consultancy services and operational improvements to support sustainable organisational growth- Coordinate and manage sustainability initiatives (including implementation of a Sustainability Policy, and delivery of eLearning/webinars)- Support business development by identifying partnership and/or funding opportunities (e.g, the ICE Database)- Optimise internal business systems and processes for CRM, comms, training workflows, reporting, and budgeting- Produce client-facing deliverables, knowledge base resources, and tools aligned with our core values (Impactful, Community, Quality, Ethical, Continuous Improvement)- Support staff development through policy implementation, identifying relevant training & development opportunities, and facilitating CPD sessions, webinars, and show-and-tell sessions.
