From 2011 to 2014 I was an MEP and underground medium voltage consulting engineer at C&S Engineers, Inc. From June 2014 until February 2017 I was an engineer at National Grid, specializing in the integration of distributed energy resources into the distribution, sub-transmission, and transmission systems without adversely impacting the system protection and control systems. From February 2017 onward I have been in the protection engineering department, designing the station and line protection for our transmission and sub-transmission assets. My specialties include system effective grounding, ground fault protection, system phasing, electromechanical relay theory and application, scheme modernization, relay setting process & revision control, and mentoring.
