Additionally, I consult with firm leaders to build and/or improve the firms\' partner recruiting, interview, diligence, and integration processes, ensuring that new hires seamlessly transition into the firm, are equipped for success, and are empowered to grow in their careers.Throughout my legal career, I have fostered a deep understanding of the unique needs of law firms and legal professionals, from global giants to boutique firms, and the challenges and opportunities that come with a competitive legal landscape. I enjoy the business of law more than I enjoyed the actual practice of law and am a proud \"recovered lawyer.\" My other passions include my sports-obsessed son and pediatric cancer survivor daughter. When I am not working, you will probably find me freezing at a hockey rink or forcing as much outside time on them as I can without total rebellion. I look for any excuse to dig in the dirt, play in the water, or walk up hills with pretty views.
