I am an aspiring finance analyst looking to gather experience across any industry. My degree is in finance which has helped me filter through large amounts of data to discover key trends to easily explain. My main work experience is in the retail industry where I was able to build strong customer service skills. Additionally, my schoolwork helped polish my analytical skills by taking courses such as portfolio theory and management, commercial bank management, and several quantitative analysis courses. For my senior project, my teammates and I worked for months with OSF Healthcare to help deliver a solid business plan for a new sector in their physical leadership program. Through this, I was able to develop skills by working on a team for a professional company, analyzing current financial standings to help create and solidify new ones, and presenting all of this information in an easy fashion to employees outside of the finance sector.I am a big fan of team sports as working on a team and accomplishing a similar goal always brings me an immense amount of happiness.
