Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, I lead all aspects of franchise restaurant operations and business consulting within 342 franchise restaurants in 38 states and 6 countries. Leading excellence in day-to-day franchise operations; ensuring and enforcing brand standard adherence; applying problem solving/process improvement techniques; conducting operational assessments and creates action plans; influencing franchisees to drive business results through the development of a trusting and mutually beneficial working relationship. Day to Day Operations: • Lead by example by being a purpose-driven champion of the Blaze Pizza culture and values • Ensure the integrity of the Blaze Pizza brand in franchisee restaurants • Develop and nurture trusting and mutually beneficial business relationships with franchisees • Ensure operational, food safety, and marketing brand standards are adhered to • Support market development planning and new restaurant opening process • Train, coach, and support new and current franchise owners with training, systems execution, new restaurant openings, construction, and recruitment • Leading a team of 7 to 8 Franchise Business Consultants providing guidance, support, and development • Together with the Franchise Business Consultants, conducts an annual business review • Work directly with design and construction to enhance and build efficiency and new restaurant designs. Delivering and Enhancing the Guest Experience • Communicate opportunities, performance gaps, and areas of influence to the Chief Operations Officer • Provide leadership for each territory/area to ensure guest satisfaction goals are met • Leverage guest programs to coach and improve on execution opportunities • Design and manage the delivery of key soft and technical skills programs which train, coach and hold franchise accountable for executing the brand’s guest experience program and guest recovery • Uncompromising in the best-in-class execution.
