I\'m a contract CTO and VP of Engineering who embeds into growth-stage companies and makes their engineering org perform.Not as an advisor. Not on a retainer doing two hours a week. I show up, learn the context, and operate as a senior technical leader — usually for 6 to 24 months — until the team is in a fundamentally better place.I\'ve done this at companies backed by serious capital and at scrappy startups trying to find their footing.
