To develop and implement a new Property Strategy for Channel 4 ensuring it meets future requirements and government commitments including the assessment of its owned and leasehold property including disposal of assets.The design and implementation of a new Workplace Strategy that serves as a key driver for attracting and retaining a diverse talent pool and making it a place where Inclusivity, Technology, Agility, Flexibility and Choice lead a workplace that embraces the activities undertaken by our people.The formulation, evaluation and execution of the search, selection, design and construction of Channel 4’s new National HQ in Leeds and Creative Hubs in Bristol and Glasgow as part of the 4 All the UK strategy enabling the Channel’s largest structural change in its history. The delivery of a new Facilities Service(s) provision focussed on an Outsourced delivery model to deliver the required highest service levels whilst generating targeted cost efficiencies.
