Since setting up Interlink Recruitment I have been keen to make sure there are key market differentiators between us and other legal recruitment companies out there. As a rule we offer all the services that you would expect to find with any recruitment company, but at the same time I am very keen to ensure we offer a unique service. I like the idea of being approachable from any client or candidate, be they prospective or someone we have helped before, to help with any enquiries large or small relating to any aspect of employment. One of the key things I want from Interlink is to embrace modern approaches to marketing and information delivery, so we use social media to promote and advertise our jobs, as well as to deliver relevant industry news. Being frank and honest is an important factor in any business, so it is no different in recruitment. We are not interested in placing people into jobs for the sake of a quick fee; we want to do right for both the candidate and the client. If we think you are on the wrong path, we will tell you so; if we know there is something perfect for you, we will let you know immediately. We are in this for the long haul and want to make long term relationships with the people we work with.
