I am a Cloud Architect and, above all, a seasoned Unix Administrator.One of the most significant projects in my recent career was contributing to the design and delivery of the Cloud Architecture for an Italian Internet Service Provider and Cloud Carrier.Previously, I led the Service Delivery for a Global Cloud Software, ensuring and enhancing customer satisfaction and delivering an exceptional user experience. A key aspect of this role was maintaining effective communication with local centers worldwide.My professional expertise spans Networking, Security, and Virtualization-Major Projects-Arpitel Cloud:Designed and implemented a comprehensive data center solution based on VMware technologies to guarantee business continuity and disaster recovery for clients.Successfully established two business continuity data centers in Foggia and one disaster recovery data center in Rome, providing clients with redundancy and failover capabilities to maintain critical operations during system failures or unforeseen incidents.Leveraged VMware virtualization technologies to optimize resource allocation, streamline server management, and improve scalability.Enhanced the company’s reputation by delivering robust and reliable data center solutions, strengthening clients\' business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities.Kleos - Wolters Kluwer:I was part of the Kleos team, a cloud-based legal software used by more than law firms across Europe.I initially served as a Quality Engineer, designing the automated infrastructure for testing and monitoring the core cloud application, with a strong focus on non-functional aspects.Later, I transitioned into leading a Global Customer Service Team, working directly with customers worldwide. In this role, our team gathered and managed user requirements to ensure the best possible experience, defined release scopes, resolved bugs, and implemented software enhancements. We also coordinated product rollouts across different versions and worked proactively to minimize any potential impact on end users.Micron I/O Virtualization Technology Appliances:As part of the System Solution Group at Micron Technology Inc, I contributed to the development of data center hardware products based on patented technology enabling SSD disk virtualization across server clusters using PCI Express bus connections.The VIO-4001 IOV Appliance is a hardware device that facilitates network and storage virtualized connectivity through for a server rack, using Fibre Channel HBA and Ethernet through PCI Express technology.
