ABOUT LAURIE ENDRIS
I am a neurodivergent and lgbtqia+ affirming therapist that enjoys working with children and adults who struggle with anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessions and compulsions, perfectionism, self-regulation, creativity/productivity, parenting concerns, and sensory differences. My clinical practice is grounded in understanding we are all individuals with unique strengths, needs, and challenges. I seek to understand the unique obstacles my clients face and validate their experiences while working together to address whatever is getting in the way of them living the life they want to live. My approach is tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client and blends evidence-based practices from ACT (acceptance commitment therapy), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Ex/RP (exposure response prevention), expressive arts/play, and mindfulness.I have a passion for travel and seeing the world from new perspectives. I studied yoga therapy in India and serve as adjunct professor at the College of St. Scholastica. I also love spending time outdoors biking, kayaking, hiking, and camping with my family.
