One of my greatest gifts is the ability to foster community and connection — creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Over time, I’ve refined this strength through empathy, self-awareness, and a deep commitment to inclusive, impactful communication.With a background in visual communications, I was drawn early to the power of storytelling — not just to inform, but to inspire change. That foundation shapes how I approach workforce strategy and talent development: with intention and creativity.At MITRE, I’ve led mission-driven programs expanding pathways for underrepresented students in STEM. Through Tech Futures initiatives,(formally known as Cyber and AI Futures), I’ve built scalable early-career pipelines, developed strategic partnerships, and created intentional spaces, like our “mentorship chats”, where students learn not only how to succeed, but how to belong. I’m passionate about the future of work — especially how we attract, develop, and retain exceptional people in ways that are human-centered, data-informed, and grounded in equity.Outside of work, I’m a full-time mom to an amazing 6-year-old daughter who keeps me inspired, curious, and occasionally covered in glitter.
