We are implementing our technology with the world’s biggest brands to replace the petrochemicals in their products and supply chains with CO2Made® chemicals, materials and fuels, eliminating emissions from thousands of everyday products and accelerating the path to carbon zero.Hiring: Conducted interviews for open lab facilities and maintenance roles.• Supervise R&D Engineering Technician• Mentor 2-6 lab and maintenance technicians in equipment installation and maintenanceProjects:• Designed and built redundant emissions automated equipment (oxidizer) for resiliency.• Commissioned nitrogen generator, hydrogen generator, and gas cabinets.• Brought labs, clean room, and production area on-line at new facility in Alameda.• Spec’d, commissioned, and site acceptance testing (SAT) for wastewater neutralization skid.• Guided pilot plant new construction infrastructure and equipment (process piping, valving, electrical).• Resiliency projects: Analyzed potential points of failure and established backup systems.Functions:• Design, spec, and install laboratory and process equipment (process piping for chemicals, compressed gas, exhaust/HVAC and vacuum systems); monitoring systems (SCADA system); and safety systems (toxic gas detection, equipment safety interlocks, LEL monitors).• Technical analysis of manufacturing and facilities equipment installation and modifications. Select and install analytical and process equipment at multiple lab facilities/sites.• Troubleshoot technical solutions for equipment issues and oversee R&D tech work.• On-site representative with manufacturers, contractors, and service providers on multi-month electrical, piping, equipment, and general contracting projects.• Develop and maintain engineering documentation such as P & IDs and SOPs.
