Partner with client technology, business, and content owners as well as cross-functional internal teams to identify, evaluate, and document requirements (in Microsoft DevOps) in epics, features, user stories, and subtasks for website redesigns, new products, APIs, and incremental feature enhancements• Develop deep understanding of complex data and business processes in order to identify, evaluate, and document necessary elements of revision and enhancement• Engage and challenge client stakeholders and internal teams on assumptions, processes, and solution drivers to ensure precise details at an appropriate level of granularity, and to remove ambiguity• Work with ADA SME to understand WCAG compliance rules for display and functionality; documentassociated requirements when necessary• Create supporting documentation for user stories, such as data maps, decision trees, and annotations for CMS field names, validations, and back-end-to-front-end mapping• Collaborate with creative team to ensure that user experience wireframes and visual design comps align with required functionality• Drive collaborative reviews of epics, features, user stories, and subtasks to ensure that requirements and ‘definition of done’ are approved by all team members• Provide support to technical and QA teams to provide guidance and clarifications regarding requirement questions and expected functionality• Write CMS authoring guides, record authoring how-to videos, and train internal and client team members on content authoring in Drupal, Sitecore, and AEM• Guide and mentor junior members of the business analysis team• Third-party system integrations include: IGT; Experian; SG Games; Google Maps; Facebook;Twitter; Sendgrid; SOLR; CDNetworks; YouTube; Network Merchants; Microsoft Translate; Vimeo• Clients include California Lottery, Avanir Pharmaceuticals, UnitedHealthcare, UnitedHealth Group, & Friday Health Plans
