With over 10 years of experience in the fields of auditing, taxation, accounting, and corporate finance, I am currently the Managing Director of JDP Corporate Advisors Private Limited, a boutique advisory firm that provides strategic and financial solutions to startups and SMEs. I am also the Co-Founder and Partner of JDP & Co Chartered Accountants, a reputed firm that offers assurance, taxation, and advisory services to a diverse clientele across sectors and geographies.As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Australian CPA and a Bachelor of Laws, I have a strong grasp of the regulatory and legal aspects of business transactions, as well as the technical and analytical skills to deliver high-quality and value-added services. I have extensive experience in implementing and auditing Ind AS, IFRS, and IBC, as well as advising on private equity, venture capital, transaction sourcing, and structuring. I am passionate about helping entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their goals and grow sustainably. I also enjoy mentoring and coaching aspiring professionals and sharing my insights and learnings.
