Lozelle believes \"the learning is in the doing\". She believes that it is essential for every business owner to at least know the fundamental of accounting, which is bookkeeping and technology (streamlining workflows) as it relates to their business. She educates while performing the accounting and financial management duties that she is hired to do. Education is the center of everything that she does. It\'s okay to say \"I just don\'t understand and I am just not there yet.\" Lozelle meets you where you are at, with personalized accounting education and training, while using the business\' financial data. Training on the accounting software is just not enough. Lozelle has a way of knowing if a client does not understand just by the sound of their voice or the expression on their face. She eliminates the accounting jargon and replaces this complex \"business\" language with \"plain English\". Concepts are broken down into bit size information, so clients can understand the Who, What, Where and How of managing their business finances. She is known to educate in a way that feels like you are talking to a friend over coffee.
