Leadership Outfitters equips leaders in poor communities to improve governance through strategic councils and build locally-controlled, small scale, world-class basic industry to serve as the economic foundation on which Mom & Pop can resist corruption and grow strong families. We are building a website to help local champions find mentors, experts and partners, build teams and plans and pursue ventures. We serve as guides, trainers, coaches, managers, designers and where appropriate, partners. We try to do as little as possible and get out as soon as we can, until we return on holiday.
