Lowri advises on all aspects of divorce and financial remedy cases including those with non-matrimonial assets, overseas assets, inherited wealth and complex business structures including quasi partnerships. She also has experience with obtaining freezing orders to prevent a spouse disposing of overseas assets prior to financial settlement. Her cases have involved High Court Proceedings.Lowri also advises in cohabitation matters including separation agreements and property ownership disputes for unmarried couples, and in private children disputes including cases involving child arrangements and child maintenance.Reported CaseOG v AG [2020] EWFC 52 (29 July 2020)Lowri is also co-founder of the UBI Lab Swansea, a not for profit organisation working towards securing a Universal Basic Income Pilot in Swansea. She also has a place on the UBI Lab Wales Committee. Lowri was elected as a trustee of the Women’s Equality Network (WEN) working towards a Wales free from gender discrimination.
