I’m a qualified BACP counsellor, currently completing additional CYP counselling training, with over 17 years’ experience in student accommodation, business development, and operations management.Through my work leading award-winning mental health initiatives in the student accommodation sector, I’ve seen firsthand how early support can make a real difference. These experiences have shaped my passion for preventative mental health work, supporting adults, young people, and children, and ensuring no one feels alone with their mental health.I’m also committed to helping workplaces create meaningful, robust wellbeing strategies, while continuing to provide hands-on counselling support in both private practice and schools.
