ABOUT LOWRI DSA
With over twelve years of experience in leading and managing impactful programs for diverse and marginalized communities, I am passionate about creating positive social change and empowering others to do the same. As a manager with Hampton Trust, I bring collaboration, leadership and project management skills to develop and deliver initiatives that address complex real-world issues and work towards systems change to address gender based violence. I have a master\'s degree in organizational leadership and a certification in design for the 21st century, which enable me to apply human-centred design thinking and strategic planning to create solutions that are effective, engaging, and sustainable. I also have strong skills in stakeholder engagement, grant writing, budget management, and performance evaluation, which help me to ensure the quality and accountability of our programs.
