I have over 20 years of experience in litigation support, with the majority spent on the vendor side. Three years of experience on the law firm side as a litigation support specialist before returning to the vendor side as a project manager. Past responsibilities include: managing production floors for both imaging and reprographics, printing of documents using various software utilities, and maintaining network space and hardware repairs. I am experienced in using and providing support for Sightline, Axcelerate, Relativity, Clearwell, Ringtail, LAW 5.0, eCapture, and eScan-it as well as Concordance, Summation, Live Note and Casemap. Certified LAW Pre discovery and LitWorks Litigation Support Project Manager. Understanding and usage of EDRM and Technology Assisted Review in platforms such as Relativity and Axcelerate. Specialties: Trouble-shooting and problem-solving in regards to both hardware and software issues. Project management, managing and operating reprographics, imaging, and EDD aspects of the industry. Ability to analyze and manipulate multiple forms of load files using tools such as IPRO, LAW, Concordance, Textpad, and Notepad++.
