About Lowell P Rinker
I am a Bronco through and through. Having graduated with my Accountancy degree in \'72, I began working at WMU September of 1970 and never left. I earned a masters degree in Public Administration at WMU in \'76, and have held a series of positions all in the Business & Finance division, ending my career at WMU as VP for Business and Finance & CFO. My goal has always been to provide sound fiscal and business management and great customer service to my alma mater. I retired from WMU on 9/30/11.Specialties: extensive experience in negotiations, procurement, financial reporting, heath care administration, facilities planning and management, human resource management, public safety management, risk management and other business related functions.While I have tried to downsize my commitments a bit since retiring, I maintain my involvement in St. Thomas More Student Parish (Finance Council, Parish Council, Men\'s Group, etc.); WMU Volleyball support and advisory committee; and Joshua Mountain Ministries (a.k.a, Joshua Foundation) as a board member and retreat music facilitator.
