My construction interest began right after high school when I joined the painters union as a drywall taping apprentice. I quickly advanced to journeyman and Lead Foreman, managing large commercial construction crews. Seeking new opportunities, I co-founded Select Wall Systems, Inc, a drywall/metal-stud framing company, which grew to over 80 full-time employees and gained a reputation for high-quality construction.Driven by my passion for construction and business, my brother Jamie and I established Reality Homes, Inc. in 2002. Since then, we have built over homes in Washington and Oregon for first-time homebuyers and growing families. I take immense pride in our family-owned business, comprised of a dedicated team of people, including my father, daughter, niece and nephew, embodying our core values of family and trust.
