The first 20+ years of my career was as an accounting/finance executive working primarily in the casino industry for large public companies. In those roles, I managed large teams, centralized operations, prepared and reviewed SEC filings, implemented ERP systems and managed several large projects which led me to obtain a PMP certification.My career in industry has been invaluable as founder and president of Monarch Executive Solutions, a unique boutique executive search firm.
