I didn’t always have a straight path figured out.Like many of us, I started with what felt “practical” — studying accounting, following a structured route, doing what made sense on paper. But somewhere along the way, I realized I was curious about more than just numbers.In 2018, I took a small step into something completely different — design and digital marketing. It wasn’t a big, dramatic shift. It started with experimenting, helping with branding, understanding how businesses connect with people beyond spreadsheets.That’s when things began to change.I started seeing business from both sides — the analytical and the creative. Numbers tell you what is happening, but storytelling tells you why it matters. And that combination became my strength.Since then, I’ve worked across customer service, retail leadership, and brand-focused roles — learning how to manage people, solve problems in real time, and create experiences that customers actually remember.Every role taught me something:How to stay calm when things don’t go as plannedHow to communicate with clarity and confidenceHow to take ownership, even when it’s uncomfortableAnd most importantly, how to keep growingRight now, I’m building a career that blends structure with creativity — whether it’s in finance, customer experience, or business operations.I don’t have it all figured out yet.But I do know this: every step, even the uncertain ones, has added something valuable to my journey.And I’m just getting started.
