MOI delayed, then canceled the award due to Iraqi reparations default.Designed / installed $1.5 million Decision Support Center (DSC) for Assistant Secretary of Defense-Reserve Affairs 19••••92. DSC was the reserve forces\' Mobilization Control Center.1993 to PresentIn April 1993 Mr. Vitale established a full-spectrum EMI/RFI & EMF survey, exposure/risk assessment and low frequency magnetic / RF shielding design / installation business.Vitatech offers expert engineering services for nanotech, science, research, engineering, medical and hospital projects that include: EMI/RFI assessment, placement and mitigation of high-resolution Imaging tools (i.e, SEMs, TEMs, FIBs, etc.), electrophysiology and diagnostic medical imaging tools (i.e, EEG, EKG, MRIs, MEGs, CTs, etc.). Vitatech simulates magnetic / electric fields (DC, quasi-static DC, 50/60 Hz and RF emissions profiles), evaluates potential human health / EMI/RFI equipment impact and verifies our shielding designs with Finite Element Modeling (FEM) software.Mr. Vitale delivers EMF presentations to communities, schools, and corporations regarding perceived threat and public health issues, presents professional EMF training seminars, performs EMF surveys, designs shielding / cancellation systems and directs company research activities. Mr. Vitale presented technical seminars at Buildings for Advance Technology (BAT), Tradeline, SPIE, and various Nanotechnology groups on EMI mitigation and assessment techniques.
