I work close with the Recruiting Leadership Team to deliver a pipeline of candidates to meet the needs of the business; act as a Team Lead in the business area of specialization; lead weekly client meeting, providing updates on open demand, hires and pending joiners. Responsible for managing the successful delivery of hires to Accenture across multiple projects including but not limited to: META, Google, Microsoft, Uber Eats, Shopify, Pinterest & Verizon against an 8 Week SLA; indirectly held lead responsibility for 2 to 10 employees as well as provided ongoing mentorship to entire recruiting team; coach and develop team members; monitor SLAs, client dependencies, key operational metrics, and process and data compliance regularly, escalating or resolving issues where appropriate; proactive sourcing and submission of pre-qualified talent with accountability for delivering results aligned with weekly, monthly and quarterly targets; identifying screening criteria and screening pre-qualified candidates; monitoring and tracking candidate pipeline and ensuring it is adequately meets the requirements of the open vacancies; extends and negotiates offers; communicates results and organizes start dates with client and candidate; uses Accenture recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation; creating and delivering reporting and business stakeholder updates as required and manages client demand by assigning and balancing workload across Recruiters.
