I am a Sales Compensation Leader for DataRobot, a GenAI and Predictive AI company, managing a team of senior analysts who support the global sales teams. Prior to joining DataRobot, I have worked as a Sales Compensation Lead at Facebook, with experience in both advertising and SaaS business at the company. I\'ve handled both regional (Meta GBG) and global levels (Business Messaging Group). In the 12 years as a Sales Compensation professional, I have been recognized for strategic planning, data administration, and cross-functional collaboration for global sales compensation for hardware, software, advertising, and SaaS business units. Expertise include management and audit of deadline-driven deliverables, quarterly presentations to executives, and flying to regional offices to answer difficult questions from the field in person. Prior to my Sales Compensation career, I have account management and customer care background for 3 years and non-profit administration for 4 years.Outside of work, I\'m deeply passionate about helping and giving back to the community. I served as Vice President (20••••21) and Board Member (20••••20) of the Friends of the Foster City Library, under the San Mateo County Libraries in California.
