   As a Synchronization Staff Officer (SSO) and Program Analyst assigned to the HQDA, G-8, Force Development Directorate, Soldier, and Maneuvers Branch, I am responsible for driving the modernization of portfolio programs valued at over $400 million. Leveraging my expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Crew- Served Weapons Systems, I actively participate in developing Army Guidance using strategic direction from the National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy (NDS), Defense Planning Guidance (DPG), and the National Military Strategy (NMS). My role involves mission integration and coordination to ensure all elements of an operation are aligned and working towards the same mission objectives. I work with other military branches, federal agencies, and sometimes international allies to ensure cohesive planning and execution of operations. I prepare and deliver briefings to senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring they are informed on progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments to program. Army processes like the Army Structure (ARSTRUC) memorandum, I identify program requirements and force management needs to achieve overarching strategic objectives. Additionally, I play a vital role in determining resource allocation through the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
