In this role, I am helping John Deere Manufacturing units ( Pune, Dewas, and ISG) HR-LR/IR team to set up a shared services model to help streamline processes for the wage force and help businesses and stakeholders efficiently.• Spearheading HR operations for 3 manufacturing plants, managing onboarding, documentation, and payroll profile creation for employees• Successfully onboarded 1900+ new hires in FY25 — highest in JD India’s manufacturing history — within a 19-day SLA• Launched Offer Letter Automation via Power Platform, saving 350+ manhours and reducing SLA from 1 day to 5 minutes• Implemented UKG DocuGen for appointment letters, achieving 48% efficiency gains. The first successful POC among all 4 regions of John Deere.• Part of the core team leading the ADP payroll system rollout to automate wage processing and reduce manual workload• Organized JD India’s virtual marathon “Run from Anywhere” with 350+ participants and families
