We deeply understand our customers—and their customers—to deliver practical, end-to-end solutions that drive meaningful impact- Support hiring of team members across different focus areas and roles by performing the following - Build, maintain and monitor JobScience reporting for various internal projects and candidate pipeline - Candidate sourcing for high priority roles, talent mapping across Slalom locations, monitor and maintain Slalom.com job postings - Collaborate with recruiting team to understand hiring profile across Salesforce markets and capabilities - Learn and execute the Slalom approach for identifying and hiring top performers - Provide operational support across various areas of Slalom including- Schedule interviews for local and regional leadership teams, including technical screens, initial vetting interviews and final interviews - Help with on-boarding of new consultants for local and regional teams - Special projects including but not limited to Academies and Emerging Markets - Event support, planning, and participation for internal and external recruiting events - Applicant tracking system (ATS) organization & input, reporting, and process improvements - Network and build relationships and sell the Slalom brand within the community (i.e. Meetups, campus recruiting and/or conferences)
