From over 20 years in the wireless technology industry to diving into aerospace—learning about airplanes, manufacturing, lean tools, and workshop facilitation like VSMs—I’ve embraced every challenge with curiosity and drive.At Amazon, I wore many hats: as a Product Manager, I led user research; as a Technical Program Manager, I authored user stories and led UAT/production evaluations; and as a Program Manager, I strategically managed a portfolio of pivotal projects.Now, I’m at the best place to work—Microsoft!
