About Lou Schwartz

I have spent my career operating at points where markets are about to turn.I was trained as a corporate securities and M&A lawyer, advising boards and public companies on capital formation, governance, and complex transactions. I moved from advising CEOs to becoming one. Since then, I have served as CEO, chairman, and director across private and public companies, leading capital raises, acquisitions, public listings, and restructurings.I founded Multicast Media Networks when live streaming video was still experimental. The infrastructure was early, the audience fragmented, and the economics uncertain. Streaming is now the default model of global media. That experience shaped how I assess timing, risk, and conviction.Since then, I have focused on sectors undergoing structural change. Digital advertising as it displaced traditional media. Gaming and esports as they evolved into global entertainment ecosystems. AI and digital assets as they began to influence capital allocation and market behavior. In each case, technology altered distribution. Distribution altered economics. Economics altered power.I hold a clear view on the creator economy. Influencers and creators are not marketing channels. They are next-generation media companies. They control distribution, own audience relationships, and monetize attention directly. The opportunity lies in building the infrastructure that allows those businesses to scale with discipline and repeatable economics.Today, I am Chairman and CEO of CITE8, where I am applying that same lens to the legal industry.Legal demand is abundant, but conversion remains inefficient. Intake leakage is one of the most persistent structural gaps in the practice of law. CITE8 rebuilds the front end of legal engagement by combining AI-driven intake and document generation with real-time attorney review and certification. This agent-to-attorney workflow reduces time to engagement from days to minutes, improves conversion, and allows attorneys to focus on judgment rather than administrative intake. My work in AI is grounded in deployment. I focus on building systems that combine large language models with human expertise, using structured workflows, feedback loops, and real-world performance metrics to deliver reliable outcomes at scale. In parallel, through Signal Law Group, I am developing data-driven methods to identify legal and regulatory risk upstream, before it matures into litigation.

Signal Law Group is an independent research and investigations firm built to spot legal and regulatory risk early, before it shows up in a headline or a complaint. We dig into public filings, court dockets, digital checkout flows, subscription mechanics, disclosure timing, and the way companies actually present pricing and risk to consumers and investors. Then we structure that work into clear research bulletins and our proprietary Vigilant Risk Score™ platform. We are not a law firm and we do not file cases. We operate upstream.
