Daily high-volume sourcing and negotiations of packaging materials in both U.S. and International Markets. Packaging materials including bottles, closures, droppers, pvc bands, sprayers, pumps, metal cans and any item used to package an end use product. Products such as household, hair care, chemical, vitamin and cosmetic lines for final destination in the retail market/e-commerce in both US and International markets.Inventory management for multiple company locations with the monitoring of stock levels and replenishment as well as purchase order management. Interaction with several company departments. These include direct agent contact and freight companies in logistics for obtaining freights for the quoting process of final delivered price to our customers. This also includes the analizing of import fees, duties, tariffs, broker fees, islands and drayage which are key to consider in the final price to a customers. Working with accounting for vendor invoice approval and discrepancies, terms and wire transfer requests. Warehouse contact on receiving issues and discrepancies with incoming shipments.Meeting with both U.S. and International vendors. Daily working with our sales team on incoming new sales opportunities. Emailing sales opportunities announcements of new products, price updates or any pertinent information and updates needed for the sales team. Joint sales meetings with customers to bring projects to a conclusion or resolve any quality issues. Development of private molds whith design development with our factories, line drawing approvals and sampling to launch the new product. Handling of product claims/RMA\'s and assuring proper return or credits are applied. Attending trade shows when needed.Maintenance of Excell spreadsheets for monitoring of open projects, price quotes and claim log.This is a high paced environment requiring fast and analytical skills with the skill to juggle and communicate and manage.
