   Hired to start-up, support and operate a 53 hyper-efficient ghost kitchens enterprise for the world’s largest multi-billion-dollar online food delivery business. Work closely with Sr. Regional Operations Manager to manage and troubleshoot facility issues. Conduct safety walks to identify facility needs for repairs, renovations, and maintenance. Carry out day-to-day facility functions; ensure all records, files and reports are maintained and submitted on time at end of shift. Maintain a working knowledge of all operating systems pertaining to work areas. Communicate with management to find solutions to issues, needs and training. Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitor 53 operators’ business cycle to ensure timely delivery in accordance with contracts. Provide high level of customer satisfaction with consistent communication and follow-up on customers’ concerns/requests. Assist with coordination of new-hired staffs’ on-the-job training.
