As the Owner, I am currently overseeing front-office management and coordination for StratMan projects globally. StratMan Consulting has been in existence since 2010 and has extended its services to various regions as Asia; Middle East/North Africa; West and Central Africa, East Africa and Latin America. In the Humanitarian Sector, we have provided preparedness training and support to emergency response for the ECA, UNICEF, UNDP, Resident Coordinator Offices of various countries, WHO, UN Volunteers and UN Peacekeeping Operations. Our consultants have been involved with UN Development Assistance Framework evaluations, Programme Planning and Process training, Results-Based Management training, ERP/SAP rollouts, Business Process Reviews, Operations staff training, Programme evaluations, and Executive Management Strategy Retreats. Direct humanitarian planning support has been provided to the Governments of Uganda (for Northern region) and Lesotho (Disaster Management Authority).Further details upon request.
