I’ve always been the person who asks, “Why does this process have to be so complicated?” That question has guided my path into creative project management, where I’ve found my niche in simplifying workflows, clarifying communication, and building systems that help teams focus on what they do best. At Magenta, Inc, I lead product development across multiple categories—owning timelines, facilitating collaboration, and removing roadblocks that get in the way of great work. When I joined Magenta, I saw an opportunity to streamline our operations. I led a full overhaul of our workflow using Asana, cutting down on overtime and duplicated efforts. I restructured how design feedback was gathered and implemented, making the process faster and more accurate. And I created quarterly planning calendars that gave our team a clear roadmap for the future—reducing late deliveries and boosting customer satisfaction. But beyond the systems and schedules, my motivation is people. I believe in building equitable, inclusive, and accessible environments where everyone feels empowered to contribute. Whether I’m guiding a team through a complex launch or helping a new hire navigate their first week, I strive to make the workplace more human, more supportive, and more sustainable. I’m conversational in German, passionate about mission-driven work, and always eager to connect with others who are using creativity and structure to make a difference.
