I am responsible for maximising the value of Pump, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 app for recruitment businesses, by understanding recruiters needs and communicating those priorities to the Pump Development Team. I define and prioritise the immediate backlog of works as well as the longer term roadmap and strategic vision for Pump. My role includes- Clearly expressing Product Backlog items- Ordering the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions- Optimising the value of the work the Development Team performs- Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all stakeholders, and shows what the team will work on next- Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
