Lead Continuous Improvement Initiatives:Reduce waste by enhancing product and process quality, thereby directly impacting customer satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency: • Implement Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC (Define, Measure, Assess, Implement & Control) methodologies to achieve targeted outcomes. • Monitor and report on improvement metrics, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership that drive strategic decision-making.Oversee Major Pilot Projects Aligned to Key Organizational Objectives:Ensure successful implementation of major Continuous Improvement Initiatives by and managing pilots, thereby embedding new learnings in the organization: • Collaborate with Project Management teams ensuring projects are executed in alignment with CCRM’s project management process and standards. • Develop and adapt appropriate Project Management and Lean methodologies such Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban. • Facilitate hand-over of pilot projects to BUs and Functions upon completion of joint projects.Establish a Center of Excellence Culture • Develop and sustain best practices, serving as a resource for all departments. • Ensure alignment with organizational goals of improving efficiency. • Promote a shared commitment to excellence to drive profitability. • Foster Innovation and Cross-Functional Collaborationo Collaborate with process development, quality, manufacturing, and other departments on innovative projects.o Develop the use of AI applications, to achieve joint objectives and drive process improvements. • Promote a shared commitment to Data-Driven Decision Making:o Leverage data analysis and AI tools to inform decision-making processes,o Ensure operational improvements are grounded in robust insights.
