As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Innovative Beauty Group, I managed the entire order-to-invoice cycle.Within NetSuite, I was responsible for creating and managing Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, ensuring master data accuracy (items, suppliers, pricing conditions), and overseeing outsourced assembly/production operations as well as billing and credit note management.My scope covered two operational models- B2B drop shipment (direct flow trading without warehousing)- Contract manufacturing (outsourced assembly with component sourcing management).In parallel, I contributed to cross-functional improvement initiatives, including- The TMS project development- Optimization of the logistics invoice sorting process,For a major key account, I took over and enhanced an existing production monitoring system by implementing a consolidated tracking file for operations in China — integrating inventory flow forecasts and ensuring regular coordination between the client, its logistics provider, and the factory to anticipate potential supply disruptions across the entire flow.
