As the Talent Systems Manager, I am responsible for leading the strategic development, optimization, and integration of HR technology to enhance organizational efficiency and employee experience. I serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems, driving business process design and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Contributions- I own the end-to-end HR technology strategy, roadmap, and feature development, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to complex business challenges- I manage the day-to-day operations of critical HR systems (HRIS, ATS, engagement platforms), ensuring optimal configuration, compliance with internal policies, SOC II, security, and legal requirements- I lead the evaluation and integration of new HR systems, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to seamlessly incorporate new technologies into the existing infrastructure, including full-cycle implementation and data migration- I spearhead HR systems projects and process improvements, collaborating with subject matter experts to enhance efficiency, accuracy, adoption, and user experience, overseeing the transition from project delivery to operational status- I act as a hands-on Subject Matter Expert (SME), translating functional requirements into technical specifications, implementing and testing new HR technologies, and communicating capabilities to stakeholders- I mentor and support Talent Operations Analysts and Coordinators, providing constructive feedback and guidance for their professional growth- I develop and deliver training programs for employees, leaders, and Talent peers on the effective use of HR systems, while continuously monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to provide creative solutions.
