Louise Teboul, Operations Director, Common Purpose - leadership course facilitatorI run leadership programmes for Common Purpose, leading on The Common Purpose Programme development - which is our cross-sector, open programme, for emerging or senior leaders. This programme is delivered across the UK & Ireland, as well as in India, South Africa, Hong Kong and the US. I also deliver some of our customised work, especially around inclusive leadership, leading with Cultural Intelligence or Leading Beyond Authority; these range from \'Bite-Sized\' Leadership modules to longer, more in-depth bespoke programmes. Our work is all about cross-boundary leadership, based in real-life and experiential learning, with a real focus on diversity, within each peer group and the curriculum.I\'m part of the UK senior team, my \'home\' patch is the Midlands and I also work with colleagues in London and the South West, as well as the rest of the UK. We\'re always looking for new/different people and organizations to get involved, as contributors or learning group guides, so if you\'d like to find out more please get in touch.I\'m very proud to have won the Birmingham Post Midlands \"Outstanding Professional\" award 2014 and \"Outstanding Leadership Award\" for West Midlands Women of the Year 2015. As well as other nominations for awards with the Chamber, Birmingham Awards and Downtown in Birmingham.I joined Common Purpose in 2005 after eight years in PR/communications consultancies. During that time I worked with a range of clients in different sectors including financial services, retail, education, healthcare, travel, IT and corporate.
