Overseeing all people related functions for Unique Senior Care (formally named Home Instead), to include Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Recruitment. My department\'s main focus is to attract the right talent into the right positions and then to encourage the best from these employees by ensuring our business strategy allows people to reach their full potential and our processes and procedures are also supportive of this. I am the Human Resources lead for the organisation, I provide advice and guidance, and ensure that best practice is being followed and adhered to at all times, in order to protect our business and employees. I lead a centralised team consisting of Human Resources, Recruitment and Learning and Development professionals who support me in supporting offices and staff across Warwickshire and Coventry. I am passionate about creating an environment where our employees feel supported, empowered, and valued. My strategy for people reflects this and our company mission. With a motivated, skilled and structured workforce we are able to lead the care industry, grow, and provide a high quality service to our elderly clients.
