As Client Services Delivery Manager within the Rail Recruitment Team I am responsible for the continued growth, success and effective service delivery of the Client Services team and supporting the Client Services Director. In this role, my responsibilities include: • Developing a strong understanding of clients’ companies, industries and work environment in order to build and nurture relationships • Supporting Client Services Director in management & control of delivery for RPO/MSP clients • SLA management and control within the team • Internal training and briefing on vacancies to the Delivery Consultants • Permanent and Contract recruitment delivery • Identifying, contributing to & managing competitive tender opportunities • Setting KPI driven objectives where required to encourage high standards with direct reports • Providing effective leadership to Managed Accounts / Client Services division • Providing suitable training and mentoring for staff • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting on various stats and performances, both internally and externally
