I work alongside purpose-led organisations that are doing meaningful work but are at a point where things feel stretched, unclear, or overly dependent on one person. Often, when I come in, the vision is strong, but the structure, funding pathways, or operational clarity haven’t quite caught up. Everything is being held together through effort rather than being supported by something sustainable. I step into that space and help bring structure, direction, and coherence, so the work becomes deliverable, sustainable, and no longer rests or sits with individuals. This can include: • translating vision into clear operational plans • strengthening funding and income pathways • shaping roles, structure, and priorities • supporting governance, decision-making, and deliveryAt heart, I am interested in what it takes to bring meaningful ideas into reality, and how we build organisations that can hold that work well. I am a qualified Accountant (FCCA), a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), and hold a Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology. My work sits at the intersection of structure and relationship. I combine strong operational, financial, and governance experience with an ability to work with the human dynamics beneath organisations, because sustainable change requires both. My experience ranges from leading national-scale environmental initiatives to establishing community-rooted spaces such as the Sacred Birth Centre in Somerset. Across all of this, I am interested in what it takes to bring meaningful ideas into reality, and how we build organisations that can hold that work with integrity.
