Strategic Social Value Manager @NG Bailey

A passionate individual who can translate their performance into tangible outcomes with a demonstrable history of scaling up ESG efforts whilst being aware of issues and current affairs influencing an industry. Sitting within the company’s Senior Leadership Team, in this role I work in our Engineering Division to design and deliver high quality social value strategies, that integrate in to our wider ESG priorities. Positively transforming our way of doing business to ensure we put more into society, the environment and the global economy than we take out, helping us to make a responsible and sustainable impact. I manage a wide network of both internal and external stakeholders, working with schools, colleges, universities, charities, not-for-profit organisations and other relevant bodies to build strategic partnerships, develop relationships and identify a wide range of Social Value opportunities in order to meet site, client or Framework KPIs and to support the delivery of NG Bailey’s Responsibility strategy. Putting in place clear measures, and regular tracking, to monitor our progress and integrate Social Value across the business by bringing our teams and supply chain on the journey with us right through from a project’s inception to completion and beyond. Leaving a legacy in the regions we work and sustainable change for communities.
