As Business and Policy Manager for WCC, I have also been leading on the SEND improvement programme for the partnership since publication of the Ofsted report in July 2024.I work on behalf of the Local Area Partnership which includes, the Local Authority, H&W ICB, H&W Health Care Trust and the Parent Carer Forum. I oversee a complex programme of work across multiple work-streams. I am trusted adviser to senior leaders across the organisation and work closely with the Chair of the SEND and Alternative Provision Executive Board. I oversee Governance arrangements, progress monitoring and reporting and drive forward activity across the piece. I am fundamental in our priority activity around strategic co-production. I have great relationships within the partnership and use my drive and energy to push forward positive change and improvement in SEND services.
