Consultant Mobilisation & Transformation Director, Mitie Technical Services.Lead Transformation & Turnaround of Mitie Technical Services contracts. Design & delivery recovery plans to turnaround operational performance, reduce penalties, mitigate commercial risks and achieve profit expectations. In collaboration with Trusts, SPV Investors & Cabinet Office (part of SSRM Programme), lead the transformation of multiple large/complex Healthcare PFI contracts (TFM Services) to turnaround performance, return contract to profit; mitigate service penalty failures; digitise delivery; improve jeopardy management & to re-engage / re-energise front line operational staff. Designed and delivered contract mobilisations for new Healthcare contracts. Recently mobilised in just 10 days the Hard FM services (~180 FTE TUPE) for a large acute whose FM contract was in distress.Optimisation of Technical Services Organisational Design incl optimisation of spans of control & target operating models
