ABOUT LOUISE HARRISON

I’m passionate about creating organisations which enable people to flourish and do their best work in service of a meaningful purpose & ambitious commercial goals. Partnering with leaders and people-focused colleagues, I bring the expertise that helps transform businesses & their impact. My work focuses on improving leader effectiveness, evolving skills & capability sets, building robust, diverse talent pipelines, and guiding the emergence of cultures that fuel performance today & into the future. Offering broad experience across all aspects of the people agenda, my capability spikes are in leadership / talent development, DE & I and culture change. My expertise has been honed by (among other things…) progressing through increasingly specialist HR roles in high performance corporate environments, running my own leadership development business and an MSc and professional coach accreditation.I have extensive international experience & am seen as adaptable, resourceful, and resilient.\"Where there’s a will, there’s a way\" is my rallying cry. I\'m used to working in agile environments and bring a good dose of humility, rigour & humour to the teams I\'m part of. A strong advocate for equity in our workplaces, I try to learn something every day about how I can be a bit better at what I do & who I am.
