My work is rooted in a belief in ‘Leadership as a Force for Good’. As a Founding Partner of The Good Board, I support ambitious and purpose-led organisations around the world in the consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors to appoint and develop outstanding Executive Leaders and Non-Executive Directors who are a force for good in their businesses and in the world. The world is facing huge challenges which will only be solved by brave, progressive and collaborative leaders working together to build organisations which serve the needs of people, planet, and profit.
